Luiz Leal

Luiz has successfully conducted numerous Leadership Advisory Services for client companies across functional areas in the businesses of Technology and Communications, industry in all functions. His clients range from multinational to family/privately-owned companies and start-ups.

His professional experience prior to Dasein includes C-level position for multinational companies from various segments such as industry, telecom, education, having actively participated in some companies since the implementation. At Fundação Dom Cabral, besides teaching, he also held the position of project manager.

Prior to joining EMA Partners, Luiz had distinguished himself in the Talent Management industry working with Dasein. He joined Dasein in 2019 and since then he participates in consulting engagements related to Leadership Advisory Services for a broad range of clients within Brazil.

Luiz holds a Master and Doctorate of Business, with emphasis on strategy and business management.
